Returns & Exchanges

At The Impound, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
