The Freelancer MAX is a heavy transport variant of the Freelancer developed by Musashi Industrial and Starflight Concern. Compared to a stock Freelancer, the Freelancer MAX features a greatly enlarged main hold that nearly doubles the ship's cargo capacity. This makes it ideal for moving heavy equipment, vehicles, or raw materials.

• Cargo: Designed as a dedicated hauler, the enlarged internal cargo bay of the MAX can accommodate up to 120SCU of cargo. This also allows the MAX to accommodate medium-sized ground vehicles such as the RSI Ursa Rover
